Let me start by praising Geoff Oxford of Seachange Property for his outstanding efforts. We had our block of land listed with two different agents for 11 months during which time they only managed to generate limited interest. This even though cleared, level blocks are extremely rare in the area. We contacted Geoff Oxford from Seachange Property who told us the land would sell itself. Geoff then, true to his word, went on to sell the land in three days! And, for the asking price.

It should therefore be obvious to everybody that we can’t praise Geoff highly enough. He did an absolutely outstanding job. My parents engaged a real estate agent to sell their 10 acre property at Point Leo in December of 2014 and in October 2015 it was still on the market with no offers and only 10 viewings.

Should anyone be interested in engaging Geoff my advice would be to sign up immediately as you will not get a better result with anyone else. The other agents simply do not have the skills and experience to match Geoff.

It is with praise and gratitude in mind that I write of my experience in using Geoff Oxford as my sales agent and his company Seachange Property. I first met Geoff at a local open. I heard him doing his spiel to a very interested couple. I think I did 6 laps of the laundry eaves dropping. I had already had local agents out to discuss the sale of my property but this guy was different.
